Gorman Sealcoating & Striping recently completed this project in Grandview Missouri. Taylor cable products contacted Gorman Sealcoating & Striping when they decided it was time to have some repairs done on their company parking lot. We provided a detailed estimate including our recommendations on repairs for the asphalt that had badly broken.
We saw cut & removed damaged and broken asphalt and hauled it off site. We repaired the area by applying SS-1H tack coating and repairing with hot mix. We then cleaned the parking lot of all dirt & debris with high velocity air blowers. All major cracks are filled with Hot rubber sealant. When the crack seal has cooled the sealcoat is applied we use MAC Pro Blend sealer with high sand load to provide the toughest seal in the market. We also do our own line Striping we use Sherwin williams hot line parking line paint applied with Graco linelazer.
